Welcome to Family Beach Penthouse were our centrally located accommodation is completely family-friendly with a divine location as you can go walking 2 minutes to Playa Azul Beach in Luquillo PR & is 40 minutes from SJU airport and minutes from pharmacies, restaurants & much more. This wonderful place is on the 5th floor, with an elevator, private parking for 2 vehicles, private terrace, private jacuzzi, BBQ, outdoor shower, table games, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms for 10 guests, 3 bathrooms, laundry, dining room and living room. Our unit consists of two levels, on the first level is the fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry room with washer and dryer and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and has a king bed that fits two people, the second bedroom has two twin bunk beds each that fits four people and a third bedroom on the second level with a twin bunk bed and a full bed that fits four people. Right in front of this third bedroom there is a fully equipped bathroom and the entrance to the terrace area.
